1. After each shift, the joint and tightening conditions of the relevant parts of the underground loader gearbox should be checked. If there is any looseness, tighten it in time.

2. After every 100 hours of operation, unscrew the oil filling nut on the torque converter cover and check the oil level with the oil level dipstick. The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the oil level dipstick. The tractor should be in a horizontal position when measuring. When the amount of oil is insufficient, add it in time.

3. The lubricating oil is gear oil. Pay attention to keeping the gear oil clean. There should be no mechanical impurities in the oil, otherwise it will accelerate the wear of the gear. When refueling, pay attention to the cleanliness of the refueling tools and the refueling port.

4. The underground loader should clean the gearbox and replace the gear oil every 500 hours of operation.

The cleaning method is as follows: After the underground loader is finished working, release the stolen oil while it is hot, then add an appropriate amount of clean diesel, move the tractor forward and backward several times, then release the diesel, and then add clean gear oil. Note that different specifications of gear oil should be used in different seasons. Winter gear oil should be used in winter and summer gear oil should be used in summer.
